  • We are seeking a motivated and innovative Gen AI Consultant with 1"“3 years of hands-on experience to join our team
  • This role is ideal for someone passionate about applying cutting-edge generative AI technologies to solve real-world business problems
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions leveraging LLMs (Large Language Models), prompt engineering, and related tools.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into AI-based solutions.
  • Develop and fine-tune prompts for large language models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini).
  • Design, prototype, and test generative AI applications (chatbots, content generation tools, copilots, etc.).
  • Evaluate and integrate APIs and SDKs from leading Gen AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Hugging Face, etc.).
  • Conduct research on Gen AI advancements and provide recommendations for adoption.
  • Support model evaluation, performance tuning, and bias/ethics considerations.
  • Document solutions, workflows, and best practices for internal and client use.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
  • 1"“3 years of experience working in AI/ML, with at least 1 year in generative AI applications.
  • Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, OpenAI SDK).
  • Solid understanding of LLMs, NLP concepts, and prompt engineering.
  • Experience building proof-of-concepts and deploying Gen AI solutions.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jupyter, VS Code, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
  • Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
  • Understanding of model fine-tuning or RLHF.
  • Prior experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
