Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Generative AI Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in AI/ML and hands-on expertise in building GenAI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI frameworks, prompt engineering, and cloud-based AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines.
• Develop AI applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
• Work with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source LLMs.
• Implement prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation techniques.
• Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
• Strong experience in Python and AI/ML development.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, and Agentic AI.
• Expertise in LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Azure/AWS/GCP cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Weaviate, or Milvus.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI model deployment.

Preferred

• Experience in enterprise-scale AI implementations.
• Exposure to MLOps and AI governance.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
