Gen AI Application Developer

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute the AI roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Mentor and guide AI engineers, software developers, and technical teams.
• Establish AI engineering best practices, governance, and responsible AI frameworks

Solution Architecture

• Design enterprise-grade AI solutions integrated with React frontends and .NET backend applications.
• Define scalable architectures for machine learning, Generative AI, and intelligent automation.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects to ensure security, scalability, and maintainability.

AI & Machine Learning Development

• Build and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
• Develop solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, AI Agents, and conversational AI.
• Design prompt engineering frameworks and evaluation mechanisms for GenAI applications.
• Implement model monitoring, optimization, and performance management.

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with business leaders to identify AI use cases and transformation opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into AI-driven technical solutions.
• Present AI strategies, solution designs, and outcomes to executive leadership and customers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 4+ years leading AI/ML or Generative AI programs.
• Strong experience with React and .NET application development ecosystems.
• Experience implementing enterprise-scale AI solutions on Azure cloud.
