Job Title: GenAI / ML Engineer (Python)

We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI / Machine Learning Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and modern AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML solutions in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions.
• Design and implement LLM-powered applications using GPT, Llama, Claude, or similar models.
• Build RAG-based solutions using vector databases and embeddings.
• Develop scalable NLP and AI applications using PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
• Optimize model performance through prompt engineering and evaluation techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Deploy and monitor ML models on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, or Databricks.
• Implement best practices for version control, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps.

Required Skills

• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG architectures.
• Expertise in ML frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of NLP, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision concepts.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, or Databricks.
• Proficiency in Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and model deployment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face
• Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, ChromaDB)
• Azure OpenAI Services
• Kubernetes, MLflow, MLOps

Experience

• 4+ Years in AI/ML Development
• 2+ Years in Generative AI/LLM-based Solutions
