Data Engineer

Experience: 5-8 years
Work Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Main requirements:

• Strong Data Engineering experience building and supporting data pipelines.
• Strong GCP knowledge - especially BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, etc.
• Experience with CI/CD, Terraform, Git, Docker, and cloud infrastructure.
• Good knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Experience with Spark / Beam / Hive is an advantage.
• Production experience with dbt.
• Knowledge of Parquet, Avro, Iceberg, Hudi.
• Understanding of Data Mesh, Data Products, Data Governance, Security, and Data Quality.
• Ability to optimize pipelines for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost.
• Experience working with Product Managers, analytics teams, and business stakeholders.
• Strong production support and troubleshooting skills.
