We re looking for a Senior GCP Cloud Architect to design and manage scalable cloud infrastructure with a strong focus on GKE and related services. This role involves leading architecture, optimizing cloud-native applications, and collaborating closely with DevOps teams to maintain a robust and automated environment.

Location: Hyderabad / Mumbai May consider Remote with ocassional Travel arrangements
Duration: Long-term Assignment

Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect scalable GCP environments, especially using Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
Manage core GCP services including Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL), GCS, Artifact Registry, and Source Repositories.
Ensure performance, availability, and upgrade management of GKE clusters.
Optimize PostgreSQL performance through tuning, indexing, and troubleshooting.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bash, and YAML.
Collaborate with stakeholders and lead infrastructure-related decisions.
Enable seamless deployments and hot configuration updates for containerized applications.

Required Skills Experience:

5+ years in cloud architecture roles with hands-on GCP expertise.
Deep experience with GKE, Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL), and container orchestration.
Strong scripting and automation skills (Terraform, Bash, YAML).
Proven DevOps experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions preferred).
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with dynamic configuration changes without pod restarts.
Understanding of GCP security best practices and IAM.
Prior work on data archival strategies and package management workflows.
