GCC - Sales Manager


Locations - Hyderabad, Chennai,Bangalore, Mumbai/Pune

Job Qualification


• Expecting 12- 14 years of experience selling into Media / Telecom / Digital GCCs in the India region

• Experience with championing customer relationship at mid to executive levels

• Good understanding of overall Media/ Telco / Broadcast ecosystem/ Digital Companies, buying/selling patterns, client dynamics and competitive landscape.

• Experience in Account management and experience of delivering y on y revenue growth

• Have experience managing end to end sales cycles from lead-gen to contracting to collection


Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities


• Define a strategic vision for accounts and manage with minimal supervision.

• Demonstrate advanced understanding of customer dynamics and internal alignment.

• Act as the single point champion for key accounts.

• Own Procurement negotiations

• Develop and lead large deals (> 30+ Crs)

• Maintains high-level of customer loyalty and builds trust and integrity, as indicated in company conducted surveys and reports.

• Actively engages the senior company executives to build strategic relationships with the customer which ensure long-term business opportunities for the company.

• Presents to large sized groups of key decision makers at the executive level; develops and communicates vision and purpose.

• Acts as an advisor to the customer on Tata Elxsi, industry trends, best practices, and cross-industry applicability (Business).

• Develops proposal strategies and win themes.

• Manages client expectations and balances the needs of the company and the client to ensure satisfaction for both.

• Influences decisions and engage at the executive level (Relationship Management).

• Applying your business acumen to an organizations problems/challenges and developing solutions that reflect solid judgment. Including crafting executive level messages/narratives that paints a compelling story, which depict the business case, risk and trade-offs.

• Responsible for Quarterly & Yearly Revenue for the Territory and Product/ Solutions Portfolio.
