GBS Strategy

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement shared services strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and drive change management initiatives.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and operations staff to ensure effective communication and alignment on shared services goals.
• Analyze data to measure performance metrics, identify trends, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in strategy consulting or a related field (e.g., outsourcing).
• Strong understanding of shared services models and their application in various industries.
• Proven track record of developing successful partnerships between different departments within an organization.
