About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced and client-centric Senior Relationship Manager to join a growing Wealth Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and expanding relationships with affluent clients by offering personalized investment solutions and delivering exceptional advisory services.
This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in wealth management or branch banking who are passionate about relationship management, investment advisory, and helping clients achieve their long-term financial goals.

Educational Qualification : Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Must Have :
- 4-6 years of experience in Wealth Management,Private Banking, or Investment/financial Advisory.
- Experience in managing affluent client relationships and investment portfolios.
- Strong understanding of investment products including Mutual Funds, Equities, Fixed Income, Bonds, PMS, and other wealth solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Acquire, manage, and grow a portfolio of affluent and emerging affluent clients.
- Build long-term relationships by understanding clients' financial goals, investment objectives, and risk appetite.
- Recommend suitable investment solutions across Mutual Funds, Equities, Fixed Income, Bonds, PMS, and other wealth products.
- Manage and grow the assigned client portfolio while driving Assets Under Management (AUM) growth.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide proactive investment advice based on market movements and client requirements.
- Identify opportunities for new client acquisition through referrals, networking, and relationship building.
- Collaborate with internal product, research, and investment teams to deliver comprehensive wealth solutions.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience by combining personalized advisory with technology-enabled wealth management tools.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, compliance standards, and internal policies.
- Consistently achieve business, revenue, and AUM growth targets.
Requirements :
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 4-6 years of experience in Wealth Management, Branch Banking, Retail Banking, Private Banking, or Investment Advisory.
- Experience in managing affluent client relationships and investment portfolios.
- Strong understanding of investment products including Mutual Funds, Equities, Fixed Income, Bonds, PMS, and other wealth solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to acquire clients and grow Assets Under Management (AUM).
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Customer-focused with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment.
- Relevant certifications such as NISM certifications will be an added advantage.
