Fundraising Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Fund Manager to handle fund raising, deployment, and financial planning for plotted development projects. The role involves managing capital for land acquisition, approvals, infrastructure development, and working capital, while ensuring strong returns and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Raise funds through NBFCs, private lenders, HNIs, JVs, and institutional sources

• Plan and manage funds for land acquisition, DTCP/CMDA approvals, infrastructure development

• Prepare project feasibility, cash flow models, IRR & ROI analysis

• Monitor fund utilization and repayment linked to plot sales collections

• Manage lender and investor relationships, reporting, and compliance

• Coordinate with legal, liaison, and sales teams for funding execution

Candidate Profile

• min 8-12 years of experience in real estate preferable

• Strong exposure to project finance, fund raising, and cash flow planning

• Hands-on experience with NBFC funding and private lending

• Good understanding of approval timelines and sales-linked cash flows

• Excellent financial modeling and negotiation skills
