- Define pricing strategies and go-to-market approaches
- Align pricing with customer acquisition/retention goals
- Perform build vs. buy analysis for tech enhancements
- Align product roadmap with market needs
Strategic Partnerships - Enterprise GTM Strategy & Market Positioning
- Solution Crafting & Ecosystem Expansion
- API & Integration Strategy
SaaS Metrics & Product Strategy - Track key metrics: CAC, ARR, LTV
- Refine product features based on metrics
- Establish data-driven pricing and retention strategies
- Prioritize features based on ROI projections
