Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for treasury, payments, and risk management systems
  • Prepare functional documents (BRD, FRD, FSD) and use cases
  • Configure and support TAP (Transfer Automation Platform), Flexicav which is Temenos Flexicube Function, IPS (Instant Payment System)
  • Support payment processing flows including integration with SWIFT and payment gateways
  • Work on financial risk and credit analysis systems using Moodys tools
  • Perform functional testing (SIT, UAT) and ensure system behavior meets business needs
  • Act as a liaison between business users, developers, and third-party vendors
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and provide production support
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
  • Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, and migration projects
Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it.

Required Technical and Professional Experience
  • Strong understanding of banking domains: Treasury, Payments, Risk, and Trade Finance
  • 5 - 7 Years as Functional Analysts - supporting CRS (Common Reporting Standard), FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act), Tax Report, Patrimonial Report (Private Bank Wealth Management), Holding Reporting, Audit Letter
  • Hands-on experience on supporting TAP (Transfer Automation Platform), Flexicav which is Temenos Flexicube Function, IPS (Instant Payment System)
  • Knowledge of payment systems and messaging standards (e.g., SWIFT MT/MX messages)
  • Familiarity with SWIFT integrations and payment gateway flows
  • Understanding of credit risk and financial analysis tools from Moodys
  • Experience in requirement gathering and functional documentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Basic SQL for data validation and analysis
  • Knowledge of APIs and system integrations
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with testing tools and defect tracking systems
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
  • Banking / BFSi
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science / IT / Engineering
