What would you do
Provide end to end process expertise input to the process teams global design preparationDrive and compile leading practices, and process design considerations incorporating build to operate efficiency design principlesProvide input into the technology enablement (Workday) and assist in identifying automation opportunities and address process administration gapsProvide input, where needed on service delivery components needed for policy harmonizationParticipate in global design authority discussions and provide input to any service delivery componentsWork with the PMEs to document process narratives and localization requirements needed for SOP creationCompile localization practices to help with localization preparationParticipate in the localization sessions and provide leading practice input in administering local processesProvide input and compile end to end process scenariosParticipate in testing end to end processes in order to get familiarization of various system and process scenarios for SOP creationLead the SOP build for each process areaManage the Process Matter Experts in building out SOPWork with their client counterparts to review and validate completeness of SOP contentLead the training and service rehearsal activities for their process areasTrain BPO process SMEsHelp the transition management teams to plan, coordinate and monitor successful execution of training and SRT

What are we looking for
Hand-on Knowledge of HRMS (SAP, Workday, Oracle) is required

Work with the transition teams during the cutover phase to execute process cutover activitiesLead ongoing continuous process improvement analyses and monitoring of process-specific KPIsIdeate, test and develop potential Analytics opportunities enabling creation of Client business valueProvide ongoing coaching to PMEs and the BPO process teams


Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area(s) of responsibility

The individual should create solutions in situations in which analysis requires in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives

Requires involvement in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area(s) of responsibility

Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters

Should have latitude in decision-making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments

Their decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact areas outside of own responsibility

Individual manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
