Fullstack Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Full Stack Engineer with expertise in building scalable, cloud-native applications and modern AI-powered platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python (FastAPI), React.js, TypeScript, Kafka, RAG Pipelines, API Design, and Cloud-Native Development. You will be responsible for designing and developing robust backend services, scalable APIs, AI-driven retrieval systems, and responsive frontend applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI.
• Build modern, responsive user interfaces using React.js and TypeScript.
• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for AI-powered applications.
• Integrate vector databases, embedding models, and retrieval frameworks.
• Build and manage event-driven systems using Kafka.
• Develop cloud-native applications leveraging containerized and microservices-based architectures.
• Collaborate with AI/ML, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Implement secure, scalable, and maintainable software following engineering best practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical mentoring.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience with React.js and TypeScript.
• Experience designing and building REST APIs and microservices.
• Strong understanding of Kafka and event-driven architectures.
• Experience building and maintaining RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Pipelines.
• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval frameworks.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and system architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with LLM-powered applications.
• Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with distributed systems and high-throughput applications.
• Exposure to observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or OpenTelemetry.
• Understanding of security best practices and cloud-native patterns.
