We're a leading technology-driven logistics company & e commerce marketplace, and we are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in PHP(Laravel) and Node.js to join our dynamic team at our Kolkata office.

Job Description:

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for both backend and frontend development, working across the full software stack to build scalable, robust, and efficient web applications. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining systems that power our logistics platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop full-stack applications using PHP(Laravel), Node.js, and modern frontend technologies.
• Build and maintain web applications with a strong emphasis on performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, frontend developers, and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless frontend-backend integration.
• Maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications throughout the development lifecycle.

• Work closely with DevOps teams to deploy applications and monitor performance.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and development practices.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile development processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
• Proficiency in PHP (Laravel framework) and Node.js is a must.
• Solid understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frontend libraries (React, Vue.js, or Angular preferred).
• Strong experience with MySQL and familiarity with NoSQL databases.
• Good understanding of MVC architecture, RESTful API design, and microservices.
• Experience working with version control tools like Git.
• Knowledge of web security best practices and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
