This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth organization and contribute to transformative AI and automation initiatives.
We are seeking a Fullstack Developer to join the AI Automation Team. The role involves designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting automation solutions for the Accounting Services function. This is a hands-on technical position requiring expertise across frontend and backend development, cloud technologies, APIs, and microservices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and support enterprise-grade automation solutions.
- Leverage emerging and existing technologies to streamline and automate business processes.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop robust web applications using React, Angular, .NET, C#, SQL, and Microservices.
- Build and integrate REST APIs and microservices to support automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Process Owners, SMEs, Architects, and Development teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Monitor and optimize deployed applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute throughout the SDLC.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by recommending practical and innovative automation solutions.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and/or Angular.
- Strong expertise in .NET Framework/.NET Core and C#.
- Experience developing scalable Microservices architectures.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database design.
- Experience with Frontend and Backend Application Development.
- Expertise in REST API Development and Integration.
- Experience deploying and supporting applications on Microsoft Azure Cloud.
- Knowledge of application monitoring, logging, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks and best practices.
- Ability to quickly understand and implement solutions using third-party SDKs and technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Azure Application Insights, Serilog, MSTest, or similar tools.
- Previous experience within the Accounting Technology or Professional Services industry.
