About the Role:

Chronosphere is looking for a Full Stack / App Developer & Mentor to create modern applications while developing students into capable junior developers through immersive project involvement.

This role balances coding excellence with teaching-by-collaboration students learn real engineering by building alongside you.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy web and mobile apps using React.js, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, Flutter,Swift or Kotlin.
• Mentor students daily, walking them through front-end logic, API design, integration, and UI/UX
• Break down complex features into learning tasks students can complete with guidance.
• Review their code, help with debugging, and teach professional Git workflows.
• Manage in-house projects (Chronosphere platforms) and external client applications.
• Promote software craftsmanship clarity, maintainability, and testing discipline
• Foster teamwork, confidence, and ownership among student collaborators.

Required Skills

• Solid grasp of React, Node, Express, MongoDB, REST APIs, and Firebase.
• Strong mentoring approach — able to guide, coach, and uplift student developers.
• Problem-solving mindset and collaborative spirit.

Preferred

• Experience in Next.js, TypeScript, or GraphQL.
• Exposure to educational or cross-platform app development.

Work Structure

• 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday), 9 hours per day.
