Fullstack Agentic AI Developer

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver and iterate on AI capabilities with measurable business value.

• The following are not primary requirements but are considered strong differentiators. Candidates with exposure or working knowledge in these areas will be preferred:
• Build or contribute to front-end interfaces for AI agent assets using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Next.js, or equivalent).
• Develop backend APIs and services using Python (FastAPI, Flask) and/or Node.js (Express) to serve AI capabilities to end users.
• Work with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and integrate with vector databases for hybrid data needs.
• Support containerized deployment with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and environment setup across development, staging, and production.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 3-7 years of relevant experience in software development, machine learning, analytics, or AI solution development.
• Strong Python skills and working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployment workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Note: This role requires hands-on software engineering and system-building skills. Candidates whose experience is limited to prompt engineering, no-code/low-code AI tools, or AI wrapper applications without underlying engineering depth will not be considered.
