Job Summary
Source Code Technology Pvt.ltd is looking for a passionate and skilled Data Science Trainer to join our team full-time. The trainer will be responsible for teaching students, freshers, graduates and working professionals in Data Science, Python, Machine Learning and related technologies.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, good communication skills and the ability to explain concepts in a simple and practical way.
Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom training for Data Science, Python and Machine Learning batches.
• Teach students from basic to advanced level with practical examples.
• Prepare students for real-time projects, assignments and interviews.
• Explain Python, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, SQL, Statistics and Machine Learning concepts.
• Guide students in live projects and portfolio development.
• Prepare daily training plans, assignments, tests and practice tasks.
• Help students with doubts, project errors and interview preparation.
• Conduct mock interviews and technical revision sessions.
• Maintain batch attendance, student progress and performance records.
• Support institute activities such as demo lectures, counselling support and syllabus updates when required.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Python Programming
• Good understanding of Data Science concepts
• Hands-on experience with NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib and Seaborn
• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts
• Good understanding of Statistics and Machine Learning
• Knowledge of algorithms like Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, Random Forest, SVM, KNN, Naive Bayes and Clustering
• Basic knowledge of Deep Learning, NLP, Power BI or Generative AI will be an added advantage
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to teach freshers and beginners in a simple way

Preferred Skills

• Experience in training or teaching students
• Real-time project experience in Data Science or Machine Learning
• Knowledge of GitHub, Jupyter Notebook, VS Code and project documentation
• Ability to prepare students for interviews and placement
• Good explanation skills in English, Hindi or Marathi

Qualification

• BE / B.Tech / MCA / IT / Computer Science / Data Science or relevant qualification
• Candidates with strong practical knowledge and training ability will be preferred
