Work in the Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) Technology Team on a global, multi-tenant, real-time service with thousands of concurrent users, developing platforms that support contact center agents.

What You Will Do

Contribute to product improvement beyond code implementation by actively caring about the product and its users.
Develop highly performant, secure, and scalable services that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Continuously improve and automate the monitoring and deployment of our cloud service.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field / or relevant experience
Excellent communication skills, including writing, speaking and listening
2+ years of relevant experience building Front End Applications
Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript frameworks including Vue.js / React
Knowledge of state management (e.g., experience with Pinia for centralized state)
Ability to build real-time applications; understanding of Web Sockets and REST API

Nice to Have

2+ years of relevant experience in full-stack development

Ability to responsibly utilize AI tools to enhance development productivity and quality
