Full Stack Software Engineer, Front-End Focus - India

Major Performance Objectives

1. Design and Deploy Scalable AI-Integrated UI Components: Within the first 6 months, design and deploy modular, reusable Vue.js UI components to enhance the end-user experience.
2. Implement and Secure Identity Workflows: Within the first 90 days, successfully implement circuit UI design migration from stratus UI component library
3. Drive AI Adoption and Productivity: Contribute 2-3 significant improvements per quarter to the technical investment backlog by leveraging AI tools (e.g., Anthropic, Cursor) to mature our internal development lifecycle and increase team velocity.
4. Ensure Production Stability and Observability: Deliver robust UI test coverage (using Playwright) and implement deep observability (using DataDog/Grafana) for all new deployments, ensuring high performance and acting on incidents proactively.

Critical Subtasks

1. Implement responsive and accessible user interfaces using Javascript/ Typescript, Nx, pnpm workspaces, Vite tool, Vue3, Pinia, Stratus/Circuit UI component libraries, PrimeVue, Axios, Tailwind.
2. Develop and maintain distributed systems and microservices using Golang and RESTful/gRPC APIs (Protocol Buffers).
3. Utilize automated CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and K8s to consistently build, Playwright to test, and deploy features.
4. Participate in rigorous code reviews to ensure modern security, architecture, and development best practices are upheld.
5. Collaborate closely with the UX design team, product managers, and cross-functional teams to take complex features from design to successful closure.

Experience

• As a Full Stack Software Engineer on the Engineering team, you should have 2 to 4 years of experience and you will build an intuitive and user/admin friendly UI that powers JumpClouds platform.

Please note: There is an expectation that our engineers participate in on-call shifts. You will be expected commit to being ready and able to respond during your assigned shift, so that alerts dont go unaddressed.
