Job Description
We are looking for passionate professionals from the Aquaculture industry, who can help us bring new farmers into our Full-Stack Service Model and support them throughout the crop cycle.
Full Stack Sales Executives (FSSE)/Input Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities
1. Onboard new farmers into Aqua Exchanges full-stack model.
2. Act as a farmer account manager – supporting inputs, insurance, and credit needs.
3. Ensure timely collections/recoveries and achieve onboarding & collection targets.
4. Build strong farmer relationships with hands-on field engagement.
5.Achieve monthly onboarding and collection targets.
