Job Description Full Stack Product Engineer (AI-Assisted Development)

We are looking for a highly execution-oriented Full Stack Product Engineer who can independently design, develop, deploy, and maintain complete software products from business requirements to production.

This is not a conventional developer role focused only on coding. The ideal candidate will take end-to-end ownership of product development, including requirement analysis, architecture design, frontend and backend development, database design, testing, deployment, and production support.

The candidate should be proficient in building modern web applications using React.js, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS/Express.js, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs. Strong knowledge of software architecture, authentication, authorization, database design, API development, testing, debugging, and deployment is essential.

You will be expected to use AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, and v0 to accelerate development while maintaining high standards of code quality, security, scalability, and maintainability. The ability to review, validate, debug, and improve AI-generated code is a key requirement.

The role also involves working with Git, Docker, Linux, CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, monitoring, logging, and application security to ensure reliable and production-ready software delivery.

The ideal candidate should have experience building and deploying complete web applications, solving complex technical problems independently, and working directly with business stakeholders to convert ideas into scalable software solutions. Strong ownership, problem-solving ability, and a product mindset are essential.

This role is best suited for engineers who are passionate about building complete products, leveraging AI responsibly to improve engineering productivity, and delivering high-quality software with minimal supervision.
