Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using .NET Core/.NET Framework and Angular technologies.
  • Develop and support full-stack solutions, including responsive front-end applications and scalable back-end services.
  • Build, consume, and integrate RESTful APIs, SOAP services, microservices, and third-party systems.
  • Design database schemas and develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models.
  • Lead modernization and migration initiatives for legacy .NET applications to modern architectures and frameworks.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance applications within complex integration environments, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
  • Contribute to solution architecture and technical design for digital platforms and enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to deliver business-critical projects.
  • Support all phases of testing, including unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
  • Leverage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to automate application deployment and release processes.
  • Provide production support, incident resolution, and software release management activities.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on application design, development standards, and business processes.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise web applications.
  • Proven experience working in large-scale enterprise environments and leading complex development initiatives.

Technical Skills


Backend Development

  • Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, MVC, Web API 2, and Entity Framework Core 6.0.
  • Hands-on experience with LINQ to SQL, RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and microservices architecture.
  • Strong understanding of application integration patterns and distributed systems.

Frontend Development

  • Advanced experience with Angular (Version 10+), AngularJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, ECMAScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Strong knowledge of Node.js, NPM, RxJS, Jasmine, and Karma.
  • Experience building and maintaining Single Page Applications (SPAs).

Database & Data Management

  • Strong experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases.
  • Ability to design relational and non-relational data models.
  • Expertise in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.
  • Experience working with XML and JSON data structures.

DevOps & Cloud

  • Experience with Git and GitHub for source code management.
  • Hands-on experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, and SonarQube.
  • Familiarity with workflow orchestration frameworks such as Temporal.

Methodologies & Tools

  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe environments.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Swagger, and related development tools.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk and AppDynamics.
  • Exposure to GitHub Copilot and cloud messaging technologies is an advantage.
