Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Lead .NET Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, React, Redux, and Microservices Architecture. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of scalable enterprise applications, mentor development teams, and drive technical excellence across the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development of modern web applications using .NET Core and React.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable REST APIs and microservices.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and code reviews.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions.
- Drive cloud-native development and deployment practices on Azure.
Required Skills :
Backend :
- Strong experience with C#, .NET Core 6+, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs.
- Hands-on experience with LINQ, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience with API integrations, authentication, and security best practices.
Frontend :
- Strong expertise in React.js and Redux.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience building responsive, reusable, and scalable UI components.
- Knowledge of modern frontend architecture and state management patterns.
Cloud & DevOps :
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure services.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.
- Exposure to Docker and containerized deployments is preferred.
Leadership Requirements :
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- Proven experience leading technical projects and mentoring development teams.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with Azure OpenAI or AI-enabled application development.
- Knowledge of React performance optimization and advanced state management.
- Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures.
