Full Stack Engineer/Developer Ops Focus, ZTD R&D

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master / Tech Coordinator to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in project management, with expertise in Agile methodologies and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage incidents and tickets for the Platform team in JIRA/Service Now, following up with secondary teams to complete tasks.
• Build relationships with Digital Transformation, Cloud Operations, Identity and Access Management, and Security teams.
• Manage escalations, including involving the Head of Engineering and Solutions when necessary.
• Onboard new colleagues for the Digital Transformation Program.
• Estimate complex projects with development team assistance.
• Deliver specifications and business requirements for all kinds of projects.
• Prepare reports independently, adapting them to project needs.
• Complete compliance paperwork for each product release in a timely manner.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for ensuring the team meets deadlines and escalating any impediments blocking the team before deliverables are due.
• Format and share status reports as requested by the hiring manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or animal health science-related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Certifications such as CBAP/CCBA, PSPO, PMP, or first-level Scrum Certification (CSM and/or PMI-ACP) are a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in at least two project management tools, with the ability to teach others how to use them.
• Basic knowledge of software development processes, including CI/CD, API, deployment, release, version, libraries, code review, unit testing, test coverage, and automated tests.
• Understanding of QA principles, including automated tests, frameworks, and types of tests.
• Ability to adjust methodology and software development processes to meet project needs.
• Knowledge of responsibilities and skills of team members, including Frontend Dev, Backend Dev, QA, DevOps, and Designer, to evaluate team delivery capabilities.
• Understands the roles and responsibilities of people who might be part of the development team and can assess their ability to deliver projects.
• Can deliver specifications and business requirements for every kind of project, regardless of complexity.
• Independent report preparation and adaptation to project needs.
• Timely completion of all paperwork associated with our compliance processes for each product release.
• Primary responsibility for ensuring the team delivers on time and for escalating any impediments blocking the team before deliverables are due.
• Primary responsibility for formatting and sharing status reports as requested by the hiring manager.
