Full Stack Engineer (Node.js)

We are looking for a Node. js Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server- side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front- end. A basic understanding of front- end technologies is necessary to coordinate with front- end engineering team. Responsibilities Develop innovative applications using Node. js frameworks like Loopback, Meteor, Express, Sails. js etc Work on SOA platform and implement REST based web services Participate in various phases of SDLC including design, coding, reviews, testing and documentation Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code Design and implementation of low- latency, high- availability, and performant applications Implementation of security and data protection Design and implementation of data storage solutions Work with other team members throughout the company to determine feasibility, business and functional requirements and technical designs on assigned projects Perform peer code reviews and Code audit - Analyze existing code and remediate performance issues within existing applications Skills And Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in Node. js Strong proficiency with JavaScript / CoffeeScript Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds Good understanding of server- side templating languages such as Jade, EJS etc. . Good understanding of process managers such as PM2 Basic understanding of server- side CSS preprocessors Stylus, Less, etc Basic understanding of front- end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3 Proficient knowledge of various authentications methods like JWT, OAuth etc. . Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git Passionate to explore and implement new technologies
