We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack ASPDot Net Technical Lead with Next js expertise (Mandatory) to lead our development team
This role requires a highly skilled professional with strong backend expertise in ASPDot Net Core, C#, and modern frontend development using Next js
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leading teams, architecting solutions, and delivering high-performance applications
Key Responsibilities
?? Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding and architecture
?? Architect, develop, and maintain ASPDot Net Core-based applications with scalable backend solutions
?? Develop modern, responsive UI components using Next js and React js
?? Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability
?? Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
?? Work with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases for efficient data management
?? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-quality software solutions
?? Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and troubleshooting
Required Skills & Experience
?? 8+ years of experience in full-stack development with expertise in ASPDot Net Core and C#
?? Strong experience in Next js (Mandatory) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
?? Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture
?? Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
?? Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools
?? Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills
?? Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
