Full Stack Engineer (AI Native)

Experience: 6-12 Years
Work Model: Hybrid

Interview: Virtual

Role:

Build and deploy scalable cloud-native applications using Java/Python, AWS, and AI-native engineering practices in a fast-paced, pod-based delivery model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop full stack applications using Java and/or Python
• Build AI-powered solutions using LLMs, agentic workflows, and AI-assisted coding tools
• Design and develop APIs, microservices, and AWS-based solutions
• Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver sprint-based outcomes
• Follow engineering best practices for quality, scalability, and performance

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Java and/or Python
• Full stack development experience
• AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, S3, etc.)
• Experience with:
• GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development tools
• LLM integrations and AI-native development
• Codex and Claude
• REST APIs and Microservices
• Cloud-native architectures
• Strong Agile and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• LangChain or similar agentic frameworks
• CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
• Vector databases and AI data pipelines

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in AI-native pods
• AWS Certifications
