Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a talented and motivated Fullstack Developer with 45 years of experience to join our Compliance Automation team in India. The role requires expertise in building dynamic, user-friendly, and data-driven front-end applications using modern frameworks. From Backend perspective strong expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing APIs, databases, and backend services that power enterprise-scale compliance automation solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering seamless user experiences, help team to accelerate feature delivery and ensure robust, scalable backend systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance enterprise compliance automation solutions.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: 5+ years of backend development experience, preferably in enterprise or SaaS environments.
- Strong expertise in Node.js and Python for backend service development.
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL (schema design, optimization, stored procedures).
- Experience with API development (REST, GraphQL) and integration.
- Experience building secure, scalable, and resilient backend systems.
- Knowledge of message queues, event-driven architecture, or microservices is a plus.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Material UI, CSS, and modern front-end libraries/frameworks.
- Experience in developing interactive dashboards and data visualization components.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure) to support integration with backend services.
- Strong skills in Git and collaborative development practices.
- Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks and debugging tools
