Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer with mandatory hands-on experience building AI-enabled applications.

The selected candidate will build production-grade SaaS platforms, internal tools, workflow automations, AI agents, and business applications. This is not a traditional full-stack role with occasional AI exposure. The developer must be comfortable integrating, testing, deploying, and optimizing AI capabilities as part of real software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complete web applications across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and deployment.
• Develop responsive interfaces using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Build secure and scalable backend services using Node.js and/or Python.
• Integrate LLMs and AI APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Develop AI assistants, agents, chatbots, document-processing systems, and workflow automations.
• Implement prompt management, structured outputs, tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation, and AI evaluation workflows.
• Create and maintain vector-search and knowledge-retrieval systems.
• Connect AI systems with CRMs, databases, communication tools, and third-party APIs.
• Implement authentication, role-based access control, and multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
• Monitor and optimize AI accuracy, latency, token usage, reliability, and operating costs.
• Design database schemas, write migrations, and optimize queries.
• Create automated tests and troubleshoot application and AI-related failures.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain strong engineering standards.
• Own assigned features from requirements and architecture through deployment and production support.
• Work directly with product, operations, and business teams to convert operational problems into scalable software.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• 45 years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Production-level experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with React.js and Next.js.
• Strong backend experience with Node.js, Express.js, NestJS, Python, or FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or equivalent.
• Experience building at least one working AI-enabled application used by real users or business teams.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, structured outputs, function/tool calling, embeddings, and vector search.
• Experience implementing retrieval-augmented generation using business documents or proprietary data.
• Ability to test AI output quality and address hallucinations, security risks, latency, and cost.
• Strong experience with REST APIs and third-party system integrations.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or another relational database.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, data security, and role-based access control.
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub, code reviews, and pull-request-based development.
• Experience deploying and supporting production applications.

Candidates without practical AI/LLM application development experience will not be considered.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Supabase, Prisma, or similar platforms.
• Experience with AI SDKs and frameworks such as Vercel AI SDK, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or equivalent.
• Experience with pgvector, Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, or another vector database.
• Experience developing multi-step AI agents and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Familiarity with speech-to-text, text-to-speech, voice AI, computer vision, or document extraction.
• Experience implementing AI evaluations, tracing, observability, and guardrails.
• Familiarity with MCP, agent tools, and external application integrations.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS and component libraries such as shadcn/ui.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, multi-tenant architecture, and subscription billing.
• Familiarity with Vercel, AWS, Docker, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Experience integrating Stripe, Twilio, WhatsApp, email, CRM, or telephony platforms.

• Can guide junior developers and contribute to architecture decisions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Candidates with equivalent professional experience and a strong portfolio may also be considered.
• Minimum four years of relevant professional development experience.
• Demonstrable experience building AI-enabled software.
• Must be willing to work full-time from our Vadodara office.
