Full Stack Developer

Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Requirements:

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications across frontend and backend layers.
• Build responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using technologies like Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate closely with product, QA, and design teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following development best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering processes and development standards.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment activities, and release management processes.
• Ensure application scalability, security, reliability, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Git workflows, version control systems, and collaborative development practices.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging capabilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
• Proficiency in MS Office and enterprise collaboration tools.
