Full Stack Developer

• We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The role involves working on new product development, enhancing existing features, and maintaining scalable applications across various domains such as Healthcare, HR, and Logistics.
• You ll be working closely with other developers, designers, and business analysts in a fast-paced Agile environment, reporting to the Tech Lead or Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications usingReact(Frontend) andNode.js(Backend).
• Build reusable components, microservices, and APIs (REST GraphQL).
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to deliver responsive, user-friendly interfaces usingTailwindCSS,SCSS, orMaterial UI.
• Implement global state management usingReduxorMobX.
• UtilizeReactQuery,Axios, andReactTablefor efficient frontend data operations.
• Architect backend systems withExpress.jsandNestJS, usingTypeORMand PostgreSQL/MySQL databases.
• Secure applications usingJWTorPassport.jsauthentication strategies.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with containerization viaDocker.
• Document APIs usingSwagger UIand support DevOps practices.
• Integrate with third-party services likeAWS,Firebase,Stripe, andTwilio.
• Participate in code reviews, peer programming, and Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with both onshore and offshore team members and communicate with clients as needed.

Must-Have Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong proficiency inReact,Node.js, andPostgreSQL
• Solid understanding ofRESTful APIsandTypeScript
• Experience inDevOps CI/CDpipelines
• Hands-on knowledge ofDocker,JWT/Passport, andGit
• Agile methodology exposure (Jira, sprints, reviews, retrospectives)
• Excellent English communication and client-facing skills
