Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop full stack web applications using Angular, JavaScript, CSS, C#, and .NET 8.
- Design and implement data-driven features with SQL Server, including writing complex stored procedures.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software aligned with
- business requirements.
- Build interactive dashboards, reports, and analytics features used by healthcare professionals.
- Ensure applications comply with HIPAA, security standards, and industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance across the full stack.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and deployment processes.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of full stack development experience in a production environment.
- Strong experience with Angular (v2+), JavaScript, CSS, and modern frontend development practices.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET Core/.NET 8 for backend development.
- Solid SQL skills, including writing stored procedures, performance tuning, and query optimization.
- Hands-on experience with spec-driven development methodologies, leveraging well-defined specifications to
- design, build, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to enhance productivity,
- code quality, testing efficiency, and decision-making through the use of intelligent development and automation tools.
- Experience working with analytics/reporting features within enterprise or healthcare applications.
- Experience with Qlik, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
- Understanding of healthcare workflows, compliance, and security considerations (e.g., HIPAA).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or other healthcare interoperability standards.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to cloud-based architectures (e.g., Azure, AWS).
Education
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent work experience, preferably within healthcare IT.
