Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop full stack web applications using Angular, JavaScript, CSS, C#, and .NET 8.
  • Design and implement data-driven features with SQL Server, including writing complex stored procedures.
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software aligned with
  • business requirements.
  • Build interactive dashboards, reports, and analytics features used by healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure applications comply with HIPAA, security standards, and industry best practices.
  • Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance across the full stack.
  • Participate in code reviews, documentation, and deployment processes.


Required Qualifications


  • 5 to 7 years of full stack development experience in a production environment.
  • Strong experience with Angular (v2+), JavaScript, CSS, and modern frontend development practices.
  • Proficiency in C# and .NET Core/.NET 8 for backend development.
  • Solid SQL skills, including writing stored procedures, performance tuning, and query optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with spec-driven development methodologies, leveraging well-defined specifications to
  • design, build, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to enhance productivity,
  • code quality, testing efficiency, and decision-making through the use of intelligent development and automation tools.
  • Experience working with analytics/reporting features within enterprise or healthcare applications.
  • Experience with Qlik, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
  • Understanding of healthcare workflows, compliance, and security considerations (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or other healthcare interoperability standards.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, or CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to cloud-based architectures (e.g., Azure, AWS).

Education

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent work experience, preferably within healthcare IT.
