Frontend Engineer

Purpose/Objective

The Frontend Engineer will build modern AI–powered and enterprise web applications that support Adani’s digital initiatives through Sirius Digitech. The role focuses on creating performant, scalable, and intuitive user experiences using Next. js, React. js, and TypeScript, collaborating closely with product, design, backend, and AI teams to drive digital transformation and seamless platform integration across the Adani ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Key Responsibilities - Develop and deploy enterprise–grade web applications utilizing React. js, Next. js, and TypeScript to support sovereign cloud and AI solutions. - Build responsive, highly performant user interfaces and optimize application speed and SEO using Server–Side Rendering (SSR). - Create and maintain reusable, scalable component libraries leveraging Tailwind CSS and ShadCN UI for consistent user experiences. - Manage complex application states effectively using Zustand and modern frontend architecture patterns. - Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs, ML models, and enterprise backend services for real–time edge computing. - Implement robust and secure authentication mechanisms, including OAuth 2. 0, JWT, SSO, and Azure AD. - Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to translate requirements into feature–rich digital products. - Participate in rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards and secure coding practices. - Contribute to continuous integration and GitHub–based development workflows, ensuring smooth release processes. - Support and enhance AI–powered experiences, generative AI interfaces, dashboards, and internal business platforms across diverse industrial sectors. Required Qualifications & Experience - 3–5 years of professional frontend engineering experience, with a minimum of 4 years dedicated to React. js and 3+ years specifically using Next. js (v16+) and TypeScript. - Proven track record of building and deploying large–scale enterprise web applications with seamless API and Node. js integrations. - Practical experience implementing OAuth 2. 0, JWT, SSO, and Azure AD authentication protocols in production environments. Domain Expertise - Deep knowledge of modern React and Next. js architecture, including Server–Side Rendering (SSR) and frontend performance optimization techniques. - Strong understanding of enterprise authentication flows, API–driven application design, and secure data handling. - Familiarity with AI applications, LLM integrations, and sovereign cloud platforms tailored for industrial AI use cases. Digital & Operational Tools - Advanced proficiency in React. js, Next. js, TypeScript, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, ShadCN UI, Zustand, and ViteJS. - Strong command of version control and integration tools including REST APIs, Git, and GitHub. - Working knowledge of identity management (OAuth 2. 0, JWT, SSO, Azure AD) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Leadership Capabilities - Ability to independently own and drive feature delivery from conceptualization to deployment within an agile environment. - Exceptional problem–solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges and optimizing system performance. - Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, ensuring alignment with product and design teams to meet strategic objectives. - Commitment to continuous learning and mentoring peers through constructive code reviews and best practice sharing.

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Background - B. Tech/B. E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a closely related technical discipline. - Preferred coursework or certifications in web development, AI integration, or frontend architecture. Years & Type of Experience - 3–5 years of demonstrated success in frontend development for enterprise platforms and SaaS products. - Hands–on experience developing dashboard and analytics applications, with specific exposure to AI chat interfaces or LLM–enabled experiences being highly advantageous.
