Frontend Engineer 3

What You Will Need:

• 6+ years of experience as Frontend Developer

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science (or a related discipline) with focus on application/software development

• You must have experience setting up the full UI workflow layer right from Development, Testing, Building and Deployment.

• Demonstrated ability to design scalable frontend architectures - component design, state management strategy, code modularity, and long-term maintainability.

• You must have a good understanding of MVC architecture, various JS frameworks, libraries, design patterns, accessibility, performance, etc

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, React ecosystem, and state management (Redux, Zustand, or equivalent)

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working across frontend, backend, and product teams

What you will do:

• Lead cross-team efforts to improve our frontend code base across the company and lead platform initiatives.

• Participate in technical design discussions, contribute to architecture decisions, and provide effort estimations

• Build modern rich UI, frontend web applications, design and develop reusable components and front-end libraries

• Drive and enforce engineering best practices - coding standards, testing, code reviews, documentation.

• Coach and mentor junior engineers, support their technical growth.

Good to Have

• Experience in fintech, payments, or high-traffic consumer products
