Job Summary

Role: Front End Developer – React

Required Technical Skill Set:React.js, Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, Microservices, Git

Desired Experience Range: 6–10 years

Must-Have Skills & Experience

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

• Strong hands-on experience in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript development
• Experience in Java and Spring Boot for backend service development
• Proficiency in building responsive, user-friendly, and scalable web applications
• Experience in REST API development and frontend-backend integration
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI development practices
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and API-driven development
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills

Good-to-Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Exposure to automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or JUnit
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise applications

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive frontend applications using React.js
• Develop and support backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive user interfaces
• Integrate frontend components with backend services and third-party APIs
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and engineering practices
• Stay updated with emerging frontend and backend technologies and recommend improvements
