Job Description - Frontend GenAI Engineer
Experience: 8-9 years

Primary Tech Stack: React, Python, LangChain, LangGraph

Role Summary
We are seeking a Frontend GenAI Engineer to build modern, secure, and user-centric web
applications for Risk solutions. This role blends high-quality React-based frontend
engineering with GenAI/agentic workflow development using LangChain and LangGraph.

Required Technical Skills :
Frontend
Strong expertise in React (modern hooks, component architecture, state management
patterns)
Programming
Proficiency in Python for building GenAI services, orchestration layers, and integrations
Ability to write clean, maintainable, testable code; strong debugging and problemsolving
skills
GenAI / Agentic Frameworks
Demonstrated working knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph
Experience designing agent workflows: tool calling, structured outputs, prompt
engineering, routing, fallback strategies
Familiarity with RAG patterns and common failure modes (hallucinations, retrieval drift,
injection)
Cloud
Cloud-agnostic mindset: ability to design solutions deployable across major cloud
providers (AWS/Azure/GCP) or on-prem containers
Datastores
Working knowledge of any database (SQL/NoSQL) and any vector DB (e.g.,
Pinecone / Weaviate / FAISS / pgvector / Elastic vector search any is acceptable)
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with API design and integration patterns (REST/GraphQL), and backend
collaboration
Awareness of Responsible AI practices and governance considerations (auditability,
traceability, model risk)
Experience in Risk, Compliance and Audit domain (preferred but not required)

Required Experience
Must be proficient in ReactJS, Python, Langchain
Must have at least 1 production grade GenAI application with these technologies
