Frontend / Mobile Application Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a versatile Frontend & Mobile App Developer to build and maintain high-performance web and mobile applications for our fitness-tech platform. You will own the entire front-end lifecycle-from translating Figma designs into production-ready code to publishing apps on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

You will collaborate closely with backend, AI, and design teams to deliver seamless cross-platform experiences.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and Expo.
• Build responsive and server-rendered web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Implement global state management using Redux Toolkit.
• Manage server state using TanStack Query (React Query).
• Integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
• Handle authentication, pagination, error boundaries, caching, and retry logic.
• Set up Sentry for crash reporting and performance monitoring.
• Integrate Firebase services including:
  • Authentication
  • Cloud Messaging (Push Notifications)
  • Remote Config
  • Analytics
  • Crashlytics
• Implement payment gateways including Razorpay and Stripe.
• Develop in-app purchases and subscription flows.
• Manage Play Store and App Store releases including TestFlight, code signing, and staged rollouts.
• Convert Figma designs into reusable UI component libraries.
• Implement Lottie animations.
• Write unit and integration tests.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Optimize startup time, bundle size, rendering performance, and memory usage.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3-4 years of professional experience building web and mobile applications.
• Expert in React Native, Expo, React.js, and Next.js.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Redux Toolkit, TanStack Query, and Context API.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, WebSockets, and GraphQL.
• Experience with Firebase and Sentry.
• Knowledge of push notifications (FCM/APNs).
• Experience integrating payment SDKs (Stripe, Razorpay).
• Experience publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Strong knowledge of Git, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD, Fastlane, and EAS Build.
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
