Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • Design and develop scalable frontend solutions for AI governance and workflow-based systems
  • Build high-quality applications using React (v18+) and TypeScript
  • Develop lifecycle-driven UI aligned with backend state and business processes
  • Create data-rich dashboards and workflow screens optimized for usability and control
  • Collaborate with backend teams for API integration and system behavior
  • Implement role-based UI and access control for different user personas
  • Build reusable components and maintain design consistency across the platform
  • Ensure performance, accessibility (WCAG), and responsiveness across applications
  • Implement and maintain testing practices (unit/integration testing)
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and release processes
  • Work closely with product, UX, and cross-functional teams

Preferred candidate profile


  • 6+ years of experience in frontend/application development
  • Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks
  • Experience with state management (Redux, RTK, or similar) in complex applications
  • Hands-on experience building workflow-based or enterprise applications
  • Strong understanding of API integration and backend-driven UI
  • Experience working with role-based access control (RBAC)
  • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and design systems
  • Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.)
  • Understanding of performance optimization and accessibility standards
  • Experience working in Agile/enterprise environments
  • Exposure to AI/ML, analytics platforms, or governance systems (nice-to-have)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines
