What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and deploy highly responsive and scalable user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks and libraries.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, backend engineers, and UX/UI designers to translate concepts into intuitive and performant applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimal user experience.
• Actively participate in code reviews, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Utilize feature flagging (LaunchDarkly) and analytics (PostHog) to iterate rapidly and make data-driven decisions.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools like Claude Code and Cursor to enhance productivity and code quality.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 2-8 years of professional experience in frontend development and at least 1 year experience in AI Tooling.
• Proficiency in React 19 and its ecosystem.
• Strong command of TypeScript for building robust and scalable applications.
• Experience with Tailwind v4 for rapid UI development.
• Familiarity with modern build tools like Vite or Turbopack.
• Practical experience with Claude Code and/or Cursor for AI-assisted development.
• Experience with v0.dev or similar AI-powered UI generation tools.
• Hands-on experience with LaunchDarkly for feature flagging.
• Proficiency in using PostHog for product analytics and A/B testing.

What Success Looks Like in 6 Months:

• You'll have successfully contributed to the development and launch of key features, demonstrating ownership and technical expertise.
• You'll be an integrated team member, actively participating in design discussions and technical decision-making.
• You'll be proficient in our full tech stack, confidently leveraging our modern toolset to deliver high-quality solutions.
• You'll have demonstrated a strong understanding of our product's user experience and contributed ideas for improvement.
