What Were Looking For:
1 year of proven experience building production-ready web applications.
Solid understanding of web development fundamentals like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with popular front-end libraries and frameworks (React, Vue.js, Bootstrap, etc.) a plus.
Experience with responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
Bonus points for: Knowledge of accessibility guidelines, performance optimization techniques, version control systems.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
A passion for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
The ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
A growth mindset and eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest front-end trends.
