Front-End Developer

1. As a Front-End Developer, You Will:

• Translate UI/UX design concepts into high-quality, scalable, and performant web applications.
• Develop new user-facing features using modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular (2+) or React.js.
• Design and build reusable components and frontend libraries for long-term scalability and maintainability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility and accurate implementation of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize frontend applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
• Validate user inputs prior to submission to backend services to ensure data integrity.
• Implement responsive design principles across multiple devices and browsers.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold established coding standards and best practices.

2. What You Bring to the Table:

• 2-5 years of hands-on frontend development experience for a Junior role or 7-10 years of experience for a Senior role.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and client-side scripting.
• Mandatory experience with Angular (2+) and/or React.js.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript design patterns and Object-Oriented JavaScript principles.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jasmine.
• Good understanding of Web Components and modern frontend architecture.
• Experience working with state management libraries such as Redux or NGRX.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
• Experience with CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS.
• Basic understanding of build tools such as Webpack or Bazel.
• Basic knowledge of Node.js, Express, and OAuth is an added advantage.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Convert design specifications into efficient, maintainable frontend solutions.
• Build modular, reusable, and optimized components aligned with frontend best practices.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and cross-browser issues.
• Apply responsive design techniques to ensure consistent user experience across devices.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across design and development.
• Maintain clean, well-documented code and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
