Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Voice Process
- Contact insurance companies to verify claim status and eligibility.
- Follow up on denied, rejected, or pending claims.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with insurance representatives and patients.
- Resolve billing and payment-related queries.
- Maintain call records and update claim status in the system.
- Ensure timely collection and claim resolution.
Non-Voice Process
- Review patient demographics and insurance details.
- Prepare, process, and submit medical claims accurately.
- Analyze and resolve claim denials and rejections.
- Post payments and reconcile accounts.
- Maintain billing records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets.
Common Responsibilities
- Work with internal teams to resolve billing issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information (HIPAA compliance).
- Achieve daily productivity and quality goals.
- Generate reports and support process improvement activities.
