Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new agent partners in the assigned territory.
• Drive Commercial insurance sales through partner engagement.
• Conduct regular field visits for training and business development.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets.
• Train partners on PB Partners portal and processes.

Candidate profile :

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Open to Freshers or candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience in BFSI Sales.
• Highly motivated to work in field sales and meet target-driven goals.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills with a resilient, self-starter attitude.
• Local language fluency and willingness to travel daily for field meetings.
