Primary Job Responsibilities

Online teaching for respective subjects.
Create lecture plans including a standard timeline on the specific subject. Ability to manage multiple batches of classes every day.
Doubt-clearing sessions for aspirants. Adhere to academic standards set by Drishti.

Specific Knowledge & Skills

Strong command of competitive exam pedagogy.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hindi and English languages. Ability to simplify complex concepts for aspirants.
Familiarity with exam pattern and syllabus of State PSC.

Major KRA (SMART)

Qualification and Experience
Minimum Qualification - Graduation
Preferred/Additional Qualification Has appeared for either UPSC or State Mains Exam
Relevant/Additional Experience - Faculty with expertise in multiple subjects will be preferred. Preference will be given to candidates proficient in teaching both regional language and English medium batches. Candidates with strong recognition and proven results in the field are preferred.
