Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Build backend services in Go and Python.
• Design and ship clean, scalable REST APIs.
• Work on high-volume data pipelines and LLM-heavy workflows.
• Integrate AI/LLM flows.
• Own features end to end.
• Talk to the product and users to understand GTM workflows.
• Help keep the platform fast and reliable through caching, queueing, and query optimization.
• Directly influence product, architecture, and roadmap alongside the founders.
• Build production backend systems for a signal-first GTM automation platform, working on high-volume data pipelines, LLM-heavy workflows, and workflow orchestration.
• Build systems at the intersection of AI, growth, and SaaS, own features end-to-end, and shape the technical and product DNA of a fast-growing company.
