Role & responsibilities

• Support MediLinks B2B wholesale operations, including lead follow-ups, quotations, supplier coordination and order execution.
• Assist in onboarding, coordinating, and managing relationships with doctors, clinics, and diagnostic centres for MediLinks healthcare platform.
• Conduct market research and identify new customers, suppliers and healthcare partners.
• Coordinate with the product/tech team during development and testing of the doctor & diagnostics platform.
• Track sales, bookings, partner performance and day-to-day operational metrics.
• Work directly with the founders on new initiatives and problem-solving.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/final-year student from Business, Commerce, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
• Strong communication, Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills.
• Comfortable with sales, operations and speaking with businesses/healthcare professionals.
• High ownership and willingness to work in an early-stage startup environment.
• Based in Kolkata preferred.
• Candidates interested in transitioning into a full-time role after the internship will be preferred.
