About Vantrix

At Vantrix, were building technology products that solve real business problems. Our flagship product, Vantrix Screen, is an AI-powered technical assessment platform helping companies hire better through practical, skills-based evaluations.

As a Founders Office Intern, you wont be limited to one function. Youll work directly with the Founder on strategic initiatives across business, sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and product growth. If you enjoy solving business problems, taking ownership, and learning how startups are built from the ground up, this role is for you.

What Youll Work On

As part of the Founders Office, you’ll contribute to a variety of high-impact business initiatives, including:

• Business growth strategy and execution
• Business development planning
• Inside Sales and customer outreach
• Market research and competitive analysis
• Go-to-Market (GTM) planning
• Customer acquisition initiatives
• Marketing campaigns and growth experiments
• Market penetration strategies
• Revenue growth initiatives
• Product positioning and messaging
• Business analytics and reporting
• Preparing presentations, business documents, and strategy notes
• Supporting the Founder on day-to-day strategic priorities

Every week will bring a different challenge, giving you exposure across multiple business functions.

• High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time opportunity based on business requirements and performance
