Job Description
Munchable is hiring a Founder's Office Associate to work directly with the founding team on cross-functional operations, business development, and strategic initiatives.
This is a high-ownership, high-exposure role. You'll sit at the intersection of creative, commercial, and operational work managing SOWs, client communications, research, content strategy, and internal systems.
What you'll do:
- Draft SOWs, proposals, and client-facing communications
- Manage Notion-based project tracking and team coordination
- Lead research for new business verticals and content opportunities
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and operations
- Support the founders on content strategy, investor narratives, and GTM execution
- Own and improve internal processes and automation workflows
This role is for someone who wants to build something, not maintain it. Full visibility into how a bootstrapped, profitable creative company operates and real ownership from day one.
